A refuge in the storm…

“The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.” - Prov. 18:10

When I think about healing, I picture a place of safety - a shelter where the storm outside can’t undo the peace inside. Betrayal trauma is real, and its impact can be devastating. I know this not only from my own story, but also from walking with women whose lives have been shaken by the weight of infidelity, deception, or problematic sexual behaviors. In my own season of betrayal, the presence of a coach and a supportive community was both healing and empowering. Out of that experience grew my calling to offer the same kind of refuge to others.

I long to create a space where women can reconnect with the loving heart of God, reclaim their voice, and find safety in community. I believe His heart is one of refuge, protection, truth, and authenticity. In His presence, lies lose their power, and we are free to live as our true selves - seen, known, and cherished.

I’m a Certified Christian Life Coach with a BA in Psychology, and a trainee with APSATS (The Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists). I walk with women healing from betrayal by a spouse or partner - whether they are rebuilding their marriage or walking through separation or divorce. I consider it a sacred honor to hold space for this journey, where safety, healing, and freedom become possible again.
